Durif 2012

This unique Spotswood Durif wine varietal is a robust red wine and a recent cultivar for South Africa, although grown in France, California and Australia (sometimes referred to as a Petite Sirah). The nose and flavour are unique with Mocca, dark chocolate and tobacco notes, and the colour is intensely dark purple.

It is well-balanced and multi-layered yet easy-drinking and succulent. Enjoy this new cultivar with any full-flavoured food.
